A soldier launches a two-footed kick which sends a recruit with a heavy pack to the ground in phone footage that has sparked an inquiry by Forces chiefs.
The phone user can be heard laughing as other soldiers applaud.
One senior officer said: “An assault like that is unacceptable. It’s very damaging for the Army.”
It was posted on Facebook after the Ministry of Defence launch of TV ad campaign, This Is Belonging, aiming to show the Forces are free of racism, sexism or violence.
