Prisoner filmed 'smoking spice' in mock SUICIDE VEST as fellow inmates laugh at his zombie-like state

A prisoner was filmed appearing to smoke the synthetic drug Spice while wearing a fake suicide vest as his fellow inmates laughed at his zombie-like state.



Footage shows the man being goaded on by the people filming at HMP Risley, Cheshire.



He appears to smoke the substance while wearing the mock vest, before succumbing to its catatonic effects nearly immediately and entering a zombie state.



The video, believed to have been filmed in the last two weeks, was recently sent to a social media page which specialises in clips of people on drugs.



The video begins with the man wearing his 'suicide vest' as a man hands over a length of string or wire with a flame on the end.
