A pensioner has been brutally beaten by a carer as she was been looked after in the family home, while her deaf husband was in another room.
Her family has released the distressing footage after discovering the abuse had been taking place for weeks.
The camera caught the woman, who has worked with the OAP for more than a year and is said to have been treated like one of the family, attacking 86-year-old Mrs Tang.
Ms Cui, 57, was hired for the elderly woman after she was diagnosed with aggressive cerebral atrophy three years earlier.
Cui, who is paid 5,000 RMB - about £570 - a month, looks after the elderly couple around the clock in their son's home in Shenyang, in north-eastern China.
The abuse was discovered by Mrs Tang's son, who spotted the carer slapping his mother inside her home while inspecting the footage.
