Shots have been fired at the US embassy in a gun attack in Ankara early this morning.
Officials confirmed that gunshots rang out from a vehicle in the Turkish capital, hitting a security cabin.
No one was reportedly injured in the attack.
The attack coincided with a deepening row between Ankara and Washington over the trial of a US pastor in Turkey.
A police officer told Reuters at the scene the drive-by shooting occurred around 5 a.m. (0200 GMT) and that nobody was hurt.
