A stray dog has died and another is left fighting for its life after the head of an animal shelter and one of his workers fed them poisoned meat.
CCTV captured Ukranian Vladislav Medlyakivskyi dressed in black sitting on a bench pretending to be enjoying a cup of coffee.
Two dogs are eating something off the floor, as a second man, wearing a bright orange jacket and named locally as Anatoly, looks on.
Medlyakivskyi, who is the acting head of a local animal centre, then throws some meat he had been hiding in his coffee cup as the hungry dogs race to eat it.
He then stands up and says a few words to Anatoly, who also throws food to a brown-coloured dog.
According to reports, shortly afterwards the two dogs were spotted in a bad condition.
