This is the moment panicked shoppers screaming 'bomb, bomb!' start running away for their lives after a loud bang.
People in Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent caused a stampede as someone shouted "run, go!" moments after the chilling sound.
But the noise, which was heard at around 2pm, turned out to be nothing more than a sign falling down in the food court.
A police spokesperson told Kent Live there is "nothing to worry about" and the centre has now reopened as normal.
But people in restaurants abandoned their meals amid the commotion, and headed to the emergency exit in a state of sheer panic.
