Schoolboys, 8, caught smoking are forced to have MORE cigarettes as punishment

Schoolboys who were caught smoking in the playground were punished by making them smoke more cigarettes.



The group of 11 eight-year-olds were sent to see the headmaster at their primary school in Sukabumi, Indonesia.



As they waited nervously they were expecting a severe telling off and heavy detention penalties plus letters home to their parents.



But headmaster Tati Maelati lined up the pupils and handed them each several cigarettes, which he then made them chain smoke in his office.



He said that this would act as a "deterrent" as they would "feel the bad effects" of the smoking.
