Baby dies after being flung from moving car with twin - who survived

A newborn twin has died after being thrown from a moving car with her tiny sister - who miraculously survived.



Their desperate mum is believed to have thrown the infants out of the door of a car in the early hours of Tuesday morning.



One of the naked girls was heard crying but her tiny sibling had already turned grey as they were found in Negros Oriental in the Phillipines.



Footage shows how one of the babies was crying and moving its arms and legs in the air.



Locals wrapped her in a blanket as they waited for an ambulance to arrive to the village of Datagon.



The girl's twin sister, who was smaller and weaker, was already unconscious. She was pronounced dead upon arrival at hospital.
