A security guard has been filmed desperately begging members of the public to help him stop a woman allegedly caught shoplifting.
He can be seen forcibly holding the woman to stop her from fleeing and the pair end up wrestling on the pavement of the busy high street.
The man pleads with the filming bystander to help him catch the female shoplifter and "call the police", but no one appears to.
The incident took place outside the Primark store in Peckham, London last week and the video has been since shared across social media.
It is unknown who filmed the footage.
