Chicago Democrat threatens police officers that she is an "elected official" and taunts an officer for his "small penis" after she drunkenly crashed into cars.
Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele was arrested for DUI.
When police pulled her over, Steele quickly told them that she was "an elected official."
After resisting field sobriety tests and declining to provide a breathalyzer sample, Steele was sent to the hospital.
There, she reportedly taunted the officer, asking: "Is your p*nis that small?"
She was charged with misdemeanor DUI.
Cook County Commissioner Sean Morrison has since demanded her resignation.
