his is the shocking moment a rally car ploughed into a group of spectators at a rally in Uganda.
The mobile phone footage from Busiika in Kampala shows how a number of bystanders were hit by the car which skidded out of control.
One person has so far been confirmed dead and around another 10 people were left injured after being 'run over', according to local media reports.
The new footage appears to show the driver struggle to control the car as it hit a bump and flew out of control to the right of a tree.
There appeared to be no safeguards in place to stop the vehicle coming off the track and ploughing into the people who lined the race track.
