Security firm G4S has confirmed five of its employees were killed following an attack on its compound in Kabul last night.
One Brit died in the blast while four other employees from Afghanistan were also killed.
At least 32 other people were injured in the incident.
Wahid Majoroh, Afghanistan's public health ministry spokesman, said that six people were killed, as well as four attackers.
The incident saw a Taliban suicide bomber detonate explosives as insurgents battled Afghan forces.
Charlie Burbridge, managing director of G4S Risk Management Group, said: "It is with great sadness that we can confirm that five of our employees were killed and 32 were injured, five of them seriously, in an unprovoked, criminal attack on one of our compounds in Kabul on 28 November 2018.
