Horrifying CCTV footage has emerged showing a car ploughing into a teenage pedestrian, sending him flying more than 100ft through the air.
The victim, Ahmed Yousef, suffered "horrendous" life-changing injuries when he was hit by an Audi A3 that was being driven at speed on a road in Derby.
Mr Yousef, who was 19 at the time of the horror hit-and-run, still requires intensive physiotherapy more than a year on from the collision which left him with a number of broken bones.
He does not remember the collision.
The driver, Haider Azad Mirza, 21, fled the scene but was later identified and arrested, and now faces sentencing for the November 5, 2017, incident, Derbyshire Live reports.
