The moment a row between a family and Morrisons staff over alleged 'irregular shopping' has been caught on camera.
The family from Plymouth, who say they visit their local store twice a week, claim they were embarrassed after being 'aggressively' approached by staff on New Year's Eve and 'kicked out'.
But the supermarket chain has denied store managers were heavy handed and hit back saying their employees had been abused.
The teenager and his auntie, who do not wish to be named, were shopping at the store they visit about twice a week.
But they were left bemused at the reason given to them by staff, who said they suspected them of alleged 'suspicious shopping' patterns.
The relatives claimed they were followed by two staff members and were stopped in the frozen food section who, the young man claimed, began "posing for the camera and started laughing" when he took out his phone.
