The clip was filmed at a Better gym, believed to be in London, and shows a police officer fire a Taser at the man from a few feet away.
The man barely reacts at all to the electric shock and then pulls out the darts from his clothing.
The video, which emerged on social media in the past 24 hours, is reported to have been filmed in Streatham in the south of the capital.
