A parkour fan experienced an epic fail when he fell headfirst into a wheelie bin while trying to perform his routine.
The footage, believed to have been shot in France, begins with the freerunner effortlessly scaling a 12ft high wall of a building, Cafe Jeux, next to a quiet road.
Once at the top, he turns around and shimmies halfway down the other side - within leaping distance of several wheelie bins.
He springs away from the wall, lands feet first on the nearest - and closed - bin lid... but then accidentally propels himself headfirst into the open bin next to it.
