A New York mother has been left outraged after she was slapped with a $115 fine for breastfeeding her baby while her car was parked in a commercial zone.
The incident occurred Thursday when Guillermina Rodriguez, 30, pulled over on a midtown Manhattan street to tend to her three-week old daughter who was crying in the backseat.
Rodriguez was in the midst of feeding her infant, Eliana Torres, when the NYPD traffic officer approached her Toyota SVU and issued a ticket.
