Members of a moped gang behind a string of high profile raids across London have been jailed for almost 45 years after one of their horrific attacks was exposed by Amanda Holden.
The group caused outrage after they were caught on CCTV targeting a woman with a young child in broad daylight in Richmond last year.
They threatened to snatch the victim's three-year-old son unless she handed over her jewellery on June 21.
One of the defendants, Isaac McFadyen, 19, told her: "Give me your rings. I'm going to hurt your child and take him away."
The footage went viral after being circulated on social media by Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda, who asked the public to "call 101 or 999 if u know these scumbags".
Now three of the 12 gangsters were given a total of 19 years and four months in a young offenders institution.
Two were spared jail with four years' of driving bans and tagged curfews and orders for unpaid work handed down.
