Terrified holidaymakers screamed in horror after a fire broke out in a Turkish hotel.
Mothers and children were forced to run through thick, black smoke to safety after the blaze took hold at the Garden of Sun resort in Altinkum.
Guests claim they had no idea about the fire because the hotel's fire alarms were not audible and, they claim, they were forced to find their own way to safety, reports the Liverpool Echo .
But they have since been accused of 'creating panic' by the hotel.
The hotel manager denies any problem with the alarms and accused traumatised guests of being "difficult to manage".
The blaze took hold in the sauna room of the hotel in the early hours of Wednesday and smoke quickly spread to upper floors - but the guests say they were forced to "save themselves".
