A New Jersey police department has come under fire after four officers were filmed restraining a teen and repeatedly punching him in the face during an arrest.
Shocking video has emerged of Cyprian Luke, 19, being taken into custody with blood gushing from his face and mouth.
Luke was confronted by the officers outside of a convenience store in Dover around 2am on Sunday.
The officers were reportedly arresting Luke on a warrant for charges of domestic violence, violating court orders, and criminal mischief.
