Pensioner sits on boy's lap to make him give up his seat on crowded bus

An elderly woman has caused outrage after a video emerged of her appearing to sit on a boy's lap on a crowded bus.



The pensioner was on board the route 313 bus in Yiwu, China's Zhejiang province, when she tried to squeeze into the window seat where a little boy was sitting during rush hour on Monday.



Footage captured by fellow passengers shows the elderly woman telling the boy's mother to make her son give up his seat.



The mother, who can be seen wearing a polka dot top, refuses and in response, the pensioner forcefully sits on the boy's lap.
