Jet skiers were filmed deliberately targeting a man and his teenage nephew kayaking as their family watched on helplessly from the shore.
John Cowtan, 42, and his nephew James, 16, were kayaking off the North Wales coast when they were approached by a fast-moving jet skis multiple times.
The jet skiers were filmed intentionally splashing them over and over again in an apparent attempt to capsize them on bank holiday Monday.
The incident was witnessed by Mr Cowtan's wife, Catherine, and their five-year-old daughter Emily, who watched on helplessly from the beach.
Video footage taken by an onlooker shows the jet skier returning time and time again to splash the kayakers, even as they try to move away, reports North Wales Live.
