A have-a-go-hero cyclist said he thought 'f*** that' and 'lamped' a mugger after he saw him rob an 86-year-old lady.
Danny Neilson, from Hull, was on his way back from McDonald's when he threw down his bike and charged at the thug.
The mugger had knocked a defenceless pensioner to the floor and grabbed her bag, Hull Live reports.
Mr Neilson, who says he has a "heart of gold", said hundreds of people stood by and watched as the robber escaped.
