The one-legged wheelchair user fell under the crossover wheels in the center of Moscow when he tried to cross the roadway in the wrong place. An eyewitness filmed the moment of the collision.
The accident occurred on the evening of Sunday, September 8, opposite the house 19 on Novy Arbat. The footage shows how a disabled person obliquely crosses the road and safely gets to the islet of safety. But he did not manage to get to the opposite side - in the middle lane he was hit by a crossover, whose driver later noticed a man in front of the car.
The blow was so strong that the disabled person was thrown out of the stroller and thrown back by almost 10 meters. According to eyewitnesses, the man escaped with minor injuries, however, he was taken to the hospital.
