ST. STEPHEN, S.C. (WCIV) — Police and emergency crews responded to a collision between a train and a tractor-trailer in St. Stephen Monday evening.
The crash took place at the intersection of Elm St. and Bryne Dr. just off of US 52 around 5:23 PM, according to Berkeley County officials.
Officials say the tractor-trailer got stuck on the tracks, and the train was unable to stop before colliding with it.
