Yes, the boy who is confronted is 17 years old going on 18 in 30 days, but what you must know is this guy stole multiple bikes over a year-long period with his buddies.

The one that rolls in the mud is the only one caught on camera, the rest fled and the few others that you see have absolutely no idea what's going on (that includes the boy holding the bike). The guy encountered in the video and his friends ended up breaking into properties regularly and stealing ATVs and dirt bikes since they often do not have license plates and are easy to resell without anyone knowing.

How do I know this? Well, I knew this kid for quite some time, he road at cape way often and i can tell you that this is his favorite weekend hobby and he had no problem lying right to your face about it. There have been a ton of thefts here in the south shore of MA and many of them from this kid and his buddies and the cops in the area have done absolutely nothing to stop it so the victims are forced to take matters into their own hands.

This kid has absolutely no remorse for his actions and is only sorry because he got caught. He is a serial offender and is lucky he was not turned into the justice system because he would be doing serious time for this if caught by law enforcement. He is lucky to have gotten off this easy for the number of dirt bikes he and his friends stole it's unbelievable.

He stole from this man and his family who shot the video and was eventually tracked down (only a matter of time at this point) and the following is an absolute act of justice by the citizens of Massachusetts.
