Wild Group Of Kids Terrorize Cars And Neighborhood, Shots Fired At Them, Then They Fight Residents

This is the scene from a neighborhood in Decatur, IL. This group of kids are out in the streets, day and night. They start fights and throw rocks at passing cars.

One vehicle stopped and fired 2 shots at the kids. They scattered momentarily and then swarmed back to throw rocks at the house across the street. When the family comes out to the sidewalk to confront the kids, they get jumped.
