KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety was investigating a shooting Sunday morning after two people were shot and injured.
According to police, the shooting happened just after midnight at the Hidden Hills Apartment Complex.
Police said the two people shot were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
At the scene of the shooting, officers found three firearms, several vehicles that were hit by gunfire, and additional evidence of a shooting. A 37-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for multiple weapons charges. He was being held at Kalamazoo County Jail awaiting arraignment.
