This is the crazy moment this man met face to face with a certified psycho.
The man in the video was just trying to get into his car when he was approached by this blond woman holding a German Shepherd puppy.
The woman would not let the man get into his car. She stalks him left and right, ranting about the government, military, mafia, and race. Her eyes look enormous so it is not clear if she has physiological issues or if she's high on something.
At some point, the man asks if the dog she is holding is hers, at which point she throws the pup at him, causing it to scream in horror.
It has been said on social media the man finally got to his car and kept the puppy.
No word on if the woman has been arrest as of yet.
