The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the two unidentified males who are seen in the attached video and are sought in connection with an assault within the confines of the 41st Precinct.
Details are as follows: It was reported to police that on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 1415 hours at the intersection of Westchester Avenue and East 163 Street, the victim, an on-duty MTA bus operator who was operating a BX6 express bus, was approached by Unidentified Male #1, who obstructed the roadway and then approached the driver-side window of the bus. Unidentified Male #1 punched the victim and spit in his face.
Unidentified Male #2 forced open the front doors of the bus, both unidentified males boarded the bus, verbally harassed the victim and then fled on foot.
The victim, who suffered pain to his left arm, shoulder and neck. Video is attached and available at DCPI.
