The is the moment police officers Tasered a suspected knifeman outside Birmingham New Street station.
The suspect wasseen in front of three British Transport Police (BTP) officers before stun guns were deployed on the concourse, at the back of the Bullring shopping centre.
The footage showed the man fall forward to the floor after officers shouted "Taser." Items were also seen falling out of his pockets by a taxi rank, near Stephenson Street.
Three officers moved into to arrest him on the ground just before 5.30pm yesterday, Saturday, April 17.
Other social media footage earlier showed a man holding what appeared to be a blade while gesturing towards a member of the public.
A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing of an offensive weapon and making threats in a public place with an offensive weapon. He remained in custody.
BTP confirmed the incident was "not currently believed to be terror-related".
