This my friends is what you would call 'deflecting'.
Not only does she start blinking extremely rapidly when the question on whether her and Biden will be on the same ticket in 2024, she attempts to deflect entirely by rambling nonsense about them being solely focused on the current issues. The same issues that Kamala ignores when questioned, i.e. the southern border.
It's pretty obvious these two absolutely despise one another, it's also blatantly obvious these two are in WAY over their heads.
