There is a story going around right now about the 'Ghost of Kyiv' which is a Ukrainian fighter jet pilot who took out one of the countries outdated Mig-29's and shot down a plethora of Russian aircraft, including some that were far more advanced than his own.
The real name of the individual is currently unknown, and probably for the better for now just in case Russia finds out who his family is and targets them as they did to Chechens who were fighting against them.
Could these 2 planes have been show down by him? Perhaps we'll never know, but his legend will live on.
