A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Arias Beckett Sumpay aka ‘Lady Gangster”. King County Prosecutors have charged the 28-year-old with first-degree assault. She is accused of stabbing a man several times with a knife over an alleged dispute over a tent involving a fellow encampment resident.
Suspect Sumpay did not show up for her arraignment on Thursday, April 28.
Suspect Sumpay has tattoos on her neck that say ‘Pancho’ AND ‘5150’. She also has tattoos on her hands.
