76-year-old Yvonne Randle was in her front yard when the dogs decided to attack her.
As Randle tried to find something to defend herself, the pit bull, as reported by the Daily Mail, knocked her over and tried targeting her throat.
The woman says the dog missed her throat and got her chin instead. After she started screaming, her son came to her rescue.
