A 32-year-old man was killed in front of his wife and son at a cafeteria in the Centro de Telemaco Borba, in Campos Gerais do Paraná. In all, there were more than ten shots. The wife and child were not injured.
The victim, identified as José Elves, had no criminal record.
Security camera footage shows two men walking towards the cafeteria. As soon as they arrive at the scene, one of them pulls out his gun and starts shooting. Customers get scared and run away.
The motive for the crime has not yet been revealed.
The Civil Police of Paraná (PCPR) launched a police inquiry to investigate the case and identify the perpetrators, and asks that anyone who has information about the case make an anonymous report.
