Meet Coco Robotics Food Bot, created by the Coco company in Los Angeles.
The company claims its robot cart can deliver food within 15 minutes but it's not clear what range that 15 minutes covered. Just taking a glance at this short video shot by a pedestrian, the bot seems to move at a snail's pace.
The obvious issues that come to mind are the amount of harassment the cart will receive while on route. In urban areas, the cart will be banged around or even stolen.
The future is here but take a picture, it may not last.
