This is a video uploaded to social media in the past few hours. Little is known and very few details available other than this is apparently Uncle Sam's Great American Circus which tours the UK. One one of the posts, the circus released a statement claiming the performer is doing ok in the hospital.
The video shows a countdown from 10 as smoke starts to bellow out of the cannon. Once the count hits 1, the man is shot out but the spring mechanism seems to malfunction, sending the man only halfway to his safety net. The man smacks head first into the edge of the ring and lies motionless.
The ringmaster then calls for a brief intermission until the performer could receive medical attention. The video then cuts out.
