It happened around 4:30 in the afternoon last Saturday on Calle 42 with Carrera 68A in the San Joaquín neighborhood, according to the report that the community made to line 123.

He then intimidates a woman who, apparently, he had been following for a while to rob her. However, one of the woman's companions reacted.
In the clip it is seen that the man points at him from behind and shoots the criminal once. He starts to flee and that citizen fires again. Finally, the subject collapses.
After the shooting, the Police arrived at the site and found the subject badly wounded , with two bullet wounds in the chest, and they transferred him to the Polyclinic, where he died.
The deceased was identified as Jhan Carlos González Mosquera, 22 years old . While the man who reacted to the attempted robbery turned himself in to the authorities, it was learned that he is a former police officer and that he had permission to carry the firearm.
