Ukranian Soldiers in Dnipropetrovsk filmed Ruthlessly Beating Men they Claim are Russian Saboteurs

Are these Russian saboteurs as the Ukrainian troops claim, or is this another example of the Ukranian troops flat out robbing their own citizens?

Countless stories of Ukranian troops using the fog of war to seek revenge on those who have wronged them have been leaked online, many cases involving the women the troops were sleeping with being the one telling how their boyfriends and husbands were taken and have not been returned by the people they were having affairs with.

Is this another case? Or are these actually Russian saboteurs. We may never know.
