A gutsy drugstore worker takes down a brazen shoplifter at a Rite Aid drugstore after the assailant tried to flee with a bag of stolen goods.

While it is unclear where the attempted theft took place, another store-goer caught a attempted theft on video.

When the assailant swiftly walks toward the door, he's met by a store employee who blocks him from exiting, despite the stone-faced suspect's repeated attempts to run out with the stolen merchandise. At one point, the store employee is seen body-slamming him.
