Kazakhstan-November 25 this year , at about 19:50, a 28-year-old driver of a Lexus car, following the Almaty-Shelek-Khorgos highway in an easterly direction, near the village of Arman, hit a pedestrian.
As a result of an accident, four minor victims were hospitalized in the Central District Hospital of the Ili district.
This fact was registered in the ERDR UE of the district on the grounds of the corpus delicti of article 345, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan - “Violation by a person driving a car of the rules of the road, which negligently entailed infliction of grievous bodily harm.”
The driver of the vehicle was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
