In Gomel, a 10-year-old boy suffered a brain contusion and subdural hematoma from being hit by a bottle thrown from a window
The incident occurred on the afternoon of January 30 near a high-rise building on Makaenka Street in Gomel, Belarus. The 10-year-old boy returned home around 15.10. At the very entrance, a glass bottle flew in his direction. She hit the child in the head.
The blow was so strong that the child fell. Fortunately, there were adults nearby who helped him up and called an ambulance. Now the boy is under the supervision of doctors. He has a brain contusion and a subdural hematoma.
According to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee, an investigation is underway into the incident. A criminal case has been initiated for especially malicious hooliganism. The one who threw the bottle has not yet been found.
