ANTALYA - In Antalya, Turkey, two people trying to drive away birds perched on an electric wire with a stick were electrocuted.
It was learned that one of the young people is still receiving treatment in intensive care. The moment of the accident was captured on a security camera of a workplace.
The incident occurred last Sunday at noon on Güneş Street in Sütçüler Neighborhood, Kepez district.
According to the information obtained, two friends wanted to drive away birds perched on the electric pole wire.
The young people were electrocuted the moment they hit the wire with a long stick.
The two friends, whose names were learned to be Y.K. and H., were taken to the hospital by medical teams. While one of the young people was discharged, it was learned that the other is still receiving treatment in intensive care.
The moment of the accident was captured on a workplace security camera. In the footage published on social media, it is seen that flames appeared on the feet of the electrocuted young people and they suddenly became motionless
