A second man has been arrested in connection with video footage of a car chase incident that took place in Bridgend, South Wales. The footage showed one car following and ramming another on a busy road.
Brandon Bushell, aged 20, from Bettws, who was arrested in connection with the incident has now been charged with dangerous driving and affray. He was due to appear at Cardiff Magistrates' Court on Thursday, June 29.

In dashcam video of the incident two two vehicles can be seen heading towards the camera, with one car coming alongside the other and striking it, causing it to be partially knocked into the air by the impact and almost flipping over.
In a different video, a person is seen getting out of their car and smashing the windows of another vehicle, before both are driven through busy residential streets and dual carriageways. The two vehicles are seen to collide on a number of occasions, with one repeatedly ramming the vehicle in front.
