Man Stabs Random Woman With A Syringe, Gets Tenderized By A Good Samaritan

A video gone viral on social networks shows security cameras recording the moment when a subject attacked a woman passing by on the street with a syringe, in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas.

A man walking in front of the attacked woman gives the attack a good tenderizing for his efforts.

The suspect was not arrested and it is not known if the syringe was contaminated or not.
