New video shows people shooting at each other from speeding cars, just before a violent head-on crash in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors tell us they're still shaken after the violence.
Seven people were arrested following a shootout and crash near 77th and Lisbon in Milwaukee. Police said it happened around 6:23 p.m. Sunday, March 20.
The crash was so violent it ripped apart both cars. Several big pieces of metal and plastic were torn off and remained in the street a day later.
The new video shows two cars speeding toward each other, a person hanging out of each passenger window firing away, and then impact.
Jeaninne Bauer's doorbell camera captured the shootout and crash. She said, "All of a sudden you hear this massive boom. It literally sounded like a bomb exploded. The impact was tremendous. I do not know how anybody survived."
It was an explosion that shattered the Sunday evening serenity on N. 77th.
