Brazil- Security cameras at a snack bar in Aparecida (SP) recorded the moment when an out-of-control car crashed through the establishment and ran over a couple of customers.
The driver, who left the scene was identified in the Police Report (BO) as Josimar Araújo Santos. She admitted to having drunk alcohol and said she had taken medication hours before the accident.
According to information in the police report, the case happened last Sunday (17), in a snack bar in Praça Padre Vitor Coelho de Almeida.
The victims were identified as Luis Demetrio Jose Reis, aged 51, and Adriana Caprio Reis, 50. In contact with g1, the couple's son said that the man broke both legs and received several stitches on his body, but was discharged on Monday afternoon (18).
The woman is in the ICU of the Taubaté Regional Hospital. The victim broke her right leg and suffered a compound fracture to his left leg. Additionally, she had severe trauma to her abdomen.
