Drug Deal Attempts To Collect Debt, Both Men Ended Up Paying Dearly

Brazil- On a tragic morning in the Bairro Pirambu of Fortaleza, two men lost their lives in a confrontation that was recorded by security cameras. Around 6:40 a.m. on Wednesday (January 24), a man dressed in black approached another man dressed in blue near a house, setting off a series of events that culminated in a tragedy.

According to the police report, the deadly fight stemmed from a drug debt and threats between the two individuals. In the images captured, the man in blue owed a considerable sum to the man in black.

The recording shows how the man in black approaches with a gun in his hand, starting an argument that quickly turns into a physical confrontation. During the fight, both exchange blows and, surprisingly, use the same firearm in the conflict.

One of the men died at the scene, while the other was transferred to the Cristo Redentor Emergency Care Unit, where unfortunately he also lost his life.

The 8th Police Station of the Homicide Department is carrying out the corresponding investigations, and according to the Public Security Secretariat of Fortaleza, the case is being treated as a homicide followed by death by self-defense, since the man in black initially acted, and the man in blue reacted in self-defense.

Teams from the Military Police, the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection, and the Forensic Expertise of the State of Ceará are involved in the investigations to further clarify the details.
