Malaysia- LAST weekend, at least two fatal accidents were reported on the East Coast Highway (LPT 1) involving participants of the RXZ Fighter Gathering Kuantan 2024.
In the two incidents, the two victims were involved in an accident while on their way to the event in Kuantan, Pahang.
One of the dead riders was Mohammad Sharfie Sukri, 21, who was involved in an accident with a lorry.
It was reported that the victim, who worked as a sales assistant and was from Sabah, died after the motorcycle he was riding collided with the lorry involved at Kilometer (KM) 159.6 of LPT 1, in Kuantan, Pahang on Saturday.
In the meantime, a video has been circulating on social media since Monday showing footage of the last moments before the accident taken by the deceased himself.
Through the clip, the deceased was seen making a live broadcast using the front camera of his smartphone while riding a motorcycle on the highway.
